How to get help with Schokr on Discord
Get support for your Schokr server in the Schokr Discord. What to include in your question so you get a fast, useful answer.

Schokr support and community help happen in the Schokr Discord. The more detail you include in your first message, the faster someone can help.
Before you ask
Many problems can be solved in a few minutes:
- Check status.schokr.gg for an ongoing incident.
- Read your server's console for the first error. See using the console.
- Search this help center at /help and the docs at docs.schokr.gg.
- Search the Discord for your error message. Someone may have had it before.
Join the Discord
- Open discord.gg/schokr.
- Accept the invite and read the rules and info channels.
- Find the support channel or forum.
Linking your Discord to your Schokr account is separate from joining the server, but it helps staff identify you. See linking Discord.
What to include
A good support message includes:
- What you are running: template (for example Paper, Node.js or Python) and version
- Location: for example Frankfurt or New York
- What happened: what you expected and what you saw instead
- When it started: and what you changed just before
- The error: the first error lines from the console, in a code block
- What you already tried
Example:
Template: Paper, Minecraft 1.21
Location: London
Problem: server stops about 10 minutes after starting, no error.
Started after I added 5 plugins yesterday.
Memory limit 3072 MiB, graph hits the limit before it stops.
Tried: restarting, removing one plugin.
What never to share
Never post these anywhere, including in support channels or direct messages:
- Your Schokr password
- Discord bot tokens
- API keys, database passwords, RCON passwords
- Payment details
Before pasting a config file or .env file, remove any secrets. If you leaked a token by accident, regenerate it immediately. Staff will never need your password. See account security basics.
Be patient and specific
- Keep your question in one place instead of posting it in several channels.
- Reply in the same thread when someone answers, so context stays together.
- If you solve it yourself, post what fixed it. It helps the next person.
Watch for impersonators
Be careful with people who direct message you offering help, especially if they ask for your login, a token or a payment. Stick to the official support channels.
